PC Gaming Show 2019 Linux game rundown

Starmancer (trailer)

We got a quick look at Starmancer from publisher Chucklefish and developers Ominux Games. Starmancer is a space sim that was originally on Kickstarter back in February of 2018. It fits in really well with Chucklefish's current lineup of retro-inspired sim titles. Unfortunately no news on a release date, other than coming soon on Steam.

Mosaic (trailer)

Another previously announced indie title, Mosaic is an adventure story game about the monotony of modern life and our obsession with meaningless achievements. The game is developed by the Norwegian studio Krillbrite and is published by Raw Fury. The polygonal art style of the game reminds me a lot of State of Mind from Daedalic, although the theme is very different. Mosaic is said to release sometime in 2019.

Terraria - Journey's End Update (trailer)

The team Re-Logic showed off the fourth major update to Terraria during the show. It's awesome to see this game continuing to get more content. The update includes more of everything: items, weapons, enemies, challenges, and biomes. Most importantly though, there is now a golf mini-game, which will definitely eat up a few hours from me. The update should be dropping later this year.

That's it from the PC Gaming Show that concerns Linux gamers this year. Out of these, I'm definitely looking forward to Mosaic the most, if I can pull myself away from Terraria golf.
