Steam updates Proton to version 4.2-6

Proton version 4.2-6 is now out and should already be downloaded in your Steam client.

While the DXVK version has stayed the same (v1.2.1) it has been built with a more modern compiler. Compilers are always getting better at optimizing so this should mean increased performance in games that use DXVK.

Additionally, Ethan Lee's FAudio 19.06 has been pulled into Proton which has support for OperationSets. OperationSets allow changes to be made to multiple audio tracks at once like starting multiple voice tracks at exactly the same time, for example. Good news for any games using these features from XAudio.

This update also fixes some issues with the Steam Networking API. The patch notes explicitly mention A Hat in Time as now being playable because of this fix.

It's great to see Proton be continually improved, and all the other projects, like FAudio and DXVK, that are benefiting from Valve's investment in the project.
