If you've been holding off on diving into Pathfinder: Kingmaker, this June may be to time to do so. The developers at Owlcat Games have announced on Steam that the so-called Enhanced Edition will arrive on June 6th.

The Enhanced Edition takes feedback from the players into consideration to smooth out the gameplay experience. New balance changes should also improve difficulty curve, particularly at the beginning and end of the game. Pathfinder can be a bit ruthless, so hopefully this will help ease in new players. There's also a new character class and a slew of new items and weapons to discover.

On the same day, the third DLC "Beneath The Stolen Lands" will also be released. This DLC features a large dungeon, the Tenebrous Depths, with rogue-like gameplay. Start right away with a fresh party, or with your main story character, and see how far you can get. Progressing further into the dungeon, will allow you to further improve your characters for the next playthrough. Alternatively, you can wait to be directed the new dungeon during the main campaign.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker is currently available on Steam.
