Finland-based Action Squad Studios have been hard at work on their upcoming RPG title. Iron Danger, scheduled for release on March 25th, is a tactical RPG where the player has the ability to rewind time up to 5 seconds in order to alter outcomes.

In a setting that mixes steampunk and Nordic mythology, Iron Danger has you taking on the role of Kipuna. After nearly being slain in her village by invading Northlanders, and saved by a magic crystal, Kipuna gains the power to alter time.

Daedalic describes the gameplay as almost puzzle-like, with each encounter requiring some strategic thinking, and some trial and error, in order come out victorious. Lots of highly interactive environments also add to the combat.

From what has been shown of Iron Danger, it could shape up to be a really unique RPG experience. And I'm looking forward to it.

For a little taste of the gameplay, check out the official announcement trailer or visit the Iron Danger Steam page.
